Over the past decade, I've founded and run ventures that rethink how people learn and connect — from online universities and cultural labs to rural residencies and design-driven educational spaces.

The biggest is Yandex Practicum. I co‑founded it in 2018, and we grew it from zero to €12M a year and 30,000 students, with 71% of graduates finding jobs (HSE University research). I also helped bring it to the US market as TripleTen.

On the nonprofit side, I co‑founded Kruzhok, an NGO running free programmes for teenagers in villages and small towns: 38 of them in six years, built with adidas, Miro, Tinkoff Bank, and Teach For All.

Forbes 30 Under 30 (2021). Featured in Deutsche Welle, Esquire, Monocle, Kommersant, RBC, and a YouTube film by Yuri Dud that got 5.7M views.

Along the way: projects for World Chess and Google, and programmes with the British Council, Impact Hub, and Friedrich‑Ebert‑Stiftung.
